Safeguarding

All individuals below the age of 16 years old are under the direct responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times during the event.

All children below 12 years old must be accompanied to the toilets.

If you however have any concerns regarding child safety, please speak to any of the organisers onsite or email ade@havenx.org.

Flash Photography

There will be flashing and / or bright lights during this event. If this is of concern to you or your health, please understand that whilst we may not be able to provide any mitigation for this in the main auditorium, we may be able to provide a separate room with a TV. To discuss further, please speak to any of the organisers onsite or email ade@havenx.org.

Allergies

We are unable to provide food allergy friendly  catering at this event. There is a possibility that our food / catering may contain nuts, etc. If you however have any queries please speak to any of the organisers onsite or email ade@havenx.org.

Photos / Video Coverage / Live streaming

We intend to capture and share moments at this event. This would be in the form of photos, video coverage and live streaming. These captures would be used for HAVEN purposes only. This would include advertising other events, promotions, flyers, social media campaigns, website development and any other means deemed in the interest of the core values and purpose of HAVEN EXPRESSIONS LTD.

If this of concern to you or you would like to be excluded, please avoid the main auditorium. You are welcome to speak to any of the organisers onsite or email ade@havenx.org, as we may be able to provide a separate room with a TV.
